PIF wrote to the Chancellor and to the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Governmenton asking them to bring boarding kennels, catteries, commercial daycare and pet groomers (those who pay business rates) within the premises which are eligible for the business rates holiday announced last week. This is so important, as we think it can help the cashflow of thousands of businesses who provide a really important professional service; and a crucial service to the leisure and tourism industries.
