To help pet businesses comply with the requirements in the new Animal Activities Licensing Regulations, specifically for condition 4.2 of the regulations, PIF's education team has developed a number of courses and qualifications.
The legislation now requires icensed businesses to provide evidence of training for both licence holders and their staff. In addition, access to the higher star ratings is often only possible through the achivement of certain types of qualification.
